NAUTH School of Nursing Admission Requirements

To qualify for admission, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

1. Candidates must possess five credits (mathematics, English, chemistry, biology, and physics) in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or a combination of WAEC and NECO. Please come with a photocopy of your results.
2. All candidates should submit a handwritten application letter addressed to the principal of the School of Nursing, NAUTH.
3. Candidates are required to provide four recent passport photographs.
4. Applicants must not be below the age of seventeen (17) years at the time of application.

How to Apply for NAUTH School of Nursing Admission Form 2023/2024

Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital, Nnewi, informs all interested candidates to visit the application registration portal in order to participate in the online registration exercise for the 2023–2024 academic session.

1. Generate remitta at the School of Nursing or from the cyber cafe.
2. Proceed to any bank for payment.
3. After payment, log on to https://sonnauth.edu.ng/sonportal.
4. Create an account and fill out the application form online.
5. Print the application slip and proceed to the school premises to complete the application process.
6. Exchange the teller’s or payment receipt given to you at the bank with the hospital account department.
7. Attach one passport to the original receipt and make a photocopy.
8. Fill out the provided admission form at the school.
9. Submit the already filled-out admission form to the school of nursing with your credentials and the attached online application slip.

Candidates must have a pen, pencil, eraser, and payment sheet with them. Without the payment receipt, entry into the exam room is denied.
